By purchasing, redeeming, or using a gift voucher from Number 8 Wire Restaurant, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voucher Purchase & Security

 Personalized Vouchers: Gift vouchers are issued with the purchaser’s name and email for tracking purposes. The original purchaser or designated recipient must redeem the voucher.

 Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

 Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Number 8 Wire Restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained vouchers. If a voucher is suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse redemption.

 Expiry Date: All vouchers must be used within [X months] from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

2. Redemption Process & Fraud Prevention

 ID Verification for Redemption:

1. For vouchers over NZ$50, the recipient must present a valid photo ID matching the voucher details at the time of redemption.
2. If a voucher is a gift, the purchaser must register the recipient’s name and email at purchase.

 No Cash Refunds or Exchanges: Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash, even if the original payment method was fraudulent.

 Suspicious Activity Monitoring:

1. If we suspect that a voucher has been purchased fraudulently, we reserve the right to cancel it without notice.
2. Any customer attempting to redeem multiple vouchers under different names may be asked for additional verification.

 Restaurant’s Right to Refuse Redemption:

1. We will not honor vouchers that have been flagged for fraudulent activity.
2. If fraud is detected, we will report it to authorities and may involve legal action.

3. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

 Chargeback Protection Notice:

1. If a chargeback is initiated on a voucher purchase, the voucher will be immediately voided and cannot be redeemed.
2. If a fraudulent chargeback is filed after a voucher has been redeemed, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the user.

 No Disputes on Used Vouchers: Once a voucher is redeemed in full or in part, no disputes, refunds, or claims will be entertained.

 Reporting Fraud:

 Important Notice:

1. By purchasing a voucher, you accept these terms and agree to comply with our fraud prevention policies.
2. Number 8 Wire Restaurant reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
